The 44-year-old former MLB player took to the 'gram to share a sweet tribute video and sing the praises of Jenny from the block. The minute-long reel, which features Dean Martin's "Volare" as the background song, includes photos and videos of the couple vacationing, hitting up glitzy events, and attending Jennifer's "It's My Party" tour. The homage also shows throwback interview clips of Jennifer in her early career.

The pair started dating in 2017 and got engaged two years later during a getaway in the Bahamas.
