No one knows how to relive a few pretty sweet childhood memories quite like Alyson Stoner does. Just weeks after dancing alongside Missy Elliott at the MTV Video Music Awards [1], the 26-year-old made her way over to The Ellen DeGeneres [2] Show to reunite with the talk show host.

Alyson first appeared on the show back in 2003 [3] when she hilariously tried to teach Ellen a few of her famed moves from the "Work It" music video, which debuted in 2002. There wasn't much dancing involved during her visit this time around, though she did open up to Ellen about how things have been for her since her big moment at the VMAs and why she recently decided to get rid of a bunch of her "worldly possessions."
