Ben Platt [3] is feeling extra grateful this time of the year, and even though 2021 had its fair share of ups and downs, it seems he and Noah Galvin were able to find some romantic joy in it. On Dec. 29, the Dear Evan Hansen star posted a photo on Instagram [4] of him kissing his boyfriend on the cheek, along with a sweet message about their relationship. In a caption, he wrote, "2021 often deeply sucked and yet he somehow made it mostly wonderful."
Ben and Noah have been going strong ever since they announced their romance [5] in May 2020, after years of just being friends. The two made one of their latest public appearances on the blue carpet [6] at the Dear Evan Hansen film premiere in September, and their couple photos [7] were just too cute. Even as 2021 winds down amid a rather confusing time [8], it's nice to see Ben and Noah end the year on a positive note — one that's full of love and gives us a little hope for the future.
