Following our second clap for the National Health Service [1] (NHS), some of our favourite British and international celebrities joined England's chief nursing officer, Ruth May, to say "thank you" to the NHS in a heartwarming video.
"I want to say a very big, personal thank you to everyone working in the NHS and Social Care that are working so hard right now," says CNO Ruth May [2]. "I also want to say thank you to those people who are re-joining our NHS at this time of our COVID-19 response. There are a few other people who would also like to share their thanks with you. . ." Phoebe Waller-Bridge [3], Sir Elton John, Michaela Coel, David Beckham [4], Stormzy, and Gordon Ramsay [5] are just a few familiar faces that featured in the uplifting tribute, each holding their own sign with the hashtags #OurNHSPeople and #ThankYouNHS while sharing messages of gratitude.
