World, meet Wave Set Cephus. After welcoming their second child [1] back in September, Cardi B and Offset finally revealed their son's name on April 14. Along with the name reveal, the couple also gave us the first full glimpses of their baby boy on Instagram and ESSENCE's upcoming May/June cover [2].
In Cardi's photo album, Wave is shown looking as cool as ever in a baby blue ensemble complete with a matching chain. In Offset's snap, the tiny tot looks adorable while chilling in the bath with multiple chains and a diamond earring. Meanwhile, in the ESSENCE cover, Cephus is pictured alongside his family, including the couple's 3-year-old daughter Kulture [3] and Offset's kids [4] Jordan, Kody, and Kalea from previous relationships.
Cardi and Offset tied the knot [5] in 2017, and they welcomed Kulture a year later in July. The "WAP" rapper first announced she was pregnant with her second child [6] at the 2021 BET Awards. Since Cephus's arrival, neither Cardi nor Offset had shared a full photo of their son nor had they revealed his name — that is, until now.
