Jennifer Lopez [1] and Ben Affleck [2]'s wedding celebrations [3] in Georgia were a star-studded affair. Some of the couple's most famous pals turned up in Riceboro for the couple's second wedding — they were legally married on 17 July [4] — the weekend of 19 Aug.
Among those photographed for the weekend at Affleck's estate were the actor's celebrity pals like Matt Damon [5] and director Kevin Smith. "For those who say "He always wears the same outfit..." @JenSchwalbach, @JordanMonsanto, @JayMewes & me, all cleaned up," Smith tweeted [6] alongside a photo of his wedding attire. "This is as formal as I've been dressed since maybe my First Communion when I was 7."
As reported by People [7], all of the guests at the ceremony were asked to wear white to the 20 Aug. ceremony. The colour even carried through to the flowers and the decor at the Riceboro venue. Lopez walked down the aisle wearing a Ralph Lauren dress with a long train trailing behind her, while Affleck wore a white tuxedo jacket. The ceremony was officiated by podcaster Jay Shetty.
Lopez and Affleck's combined family, including their five children (Affleck's three kids: Violet, 16; Seraphina, 13; and Samuel, 10; and Lopez's twins, Emme and Maximilian, 14), were also present for the special affair — which was a long time coming, after they were initially set to tie the knot in 2004 [8] before breaking up. The couple rekindled their romance [9] in 2021 and got engaged this past April [10] before their Las Vegas nuptials in July.
