Italian influencer Chiara Ferragni and her husband, rapper Fedez, raised an impressive €3+ million for coronavirus intensive care units. The couple raised the funds through their joint GoFundMe page, The Ferragnez, on behalf of Milan's San Raffaele Hospital; imagine being that influential.
The pair's GoFundMe campaign, "Coronavirus: Rafforziamo La Terapia Intensiva", translated to "Coronavirus: We Strengthen Intensive Care", surpassed its original goal of €1,500,000 so quickly that The Ferragnez had to almost triple the fundraising target to 4 million euros. The money raised will go toward fans, noninvasive ventilation devices, hemodynamic monitoring, and monitors for the intensive care unit at Milan's San Raffaele Hospital.
