Even as we near two decades since its release, Uptown Girls is still widely beloved and regarded as a testament to the Brittany Murphy's boundless charm, as well as her chemistry with Dakota Fanning, who was just eight years old at the time. In a recent virtual appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Dakota briefly reminisced about working with the late actress on the feel-good film.
On what she learned from Brittany, Dakota told host Andy Cohen, "Oh man. She just taught me to always have fun." Dakota continued, "She was such a ray of light, and had such a playful spirit.
