The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are taking a moment to thank all of the NHS staff that've gone above and beyond during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. On Thursday, the couple shared a precious video of their three children [6], Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, joining in with the rest of the nation and clapping for "all the doctors, nurses, carers, GPs, pharmacists, volunteers and other NHS staff working tirelessly to help those affected COVID19."

Across the country, at 8 p.m. on Thursday, members of the public clapped and cheered at the front doors and outside windows, showing thanks for the incredible work each member of the NHS staff does on a daily basis, especially risking their own lives to save others during the pandemic.

The sweet video comes just a day after it was announced that Prince Charles has tested positive for the coronavirus [7]. On Wednesday, Clarence House released a statement about the 71-year-old royal, writing, "He has been displaying mild symptoms but otherwise remains in good health and has been working from home throughout the last few days as usual. The Duchess of Cornwall has also been tested but does not have the virus. In accordance with government and medical advice [8], the Prince and the Duchess are now self-isolating at home in Scotland. The tests were carried out by the NHS in Aberdeenshire where they met the criteria required for testing."
