Harry Styles just makes everything better. I'm just going to say it. I fully thought that 2019 was going to be pretty low-key for him and for those of us who are fans, but oh how I was mistaken. The British "Lights Up" singer, who just wants to be himself [1], didn't rest on his laurels, despite not being out on a world tour this year. Instead, Harry found himself all over the world doing other things — including doing photo shoots and interviews, shooting music videos, and hosting a little party called the Met Gala [2]. Then again, maybe we can still consider 2019 a quiet year by Harry standards, especially considering he'll most likely head out on another world tour [3] next year. Until then, let's take a look back at some of the most lovely moments he had in 2019.
Harry Styles Inducts Stevie Nicks Into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
Stevie Nicks became the first woman to ever be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice — first as part of Fleetwood Mac and in April 2019 as a solo artist. As her friend and colleague, Harry Styles gave a moving speech about her career and even performed "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" with her [5].
Harry Styles Cohosts the Met Gala
Harry Styles cohosted the 2019 Met Gala [6] in May 2019 alongside Serena Williams, Lady Gaga [7], and Gucci Creative Director Alessandro Michele. He dressed the part for the Camp: Notes on Fashion [8] theme with high-waisted black pants and a sheer, ruffled black shirt, all designed by Gucci.

In support of his friend Alessandro Michele and now as a face of the brand, Harry Styles attended Gucci's 2020 Cruise show [9] looking super fresh in a monochromatic suit and carrying a very pretty Gucci bag. Gucci released a new perfume in 2019, the Mémoire d'une Odeur Eau de Parfum [11], and Harry Styles was one of the faces of the campaign. He was part of several beautiful ads for the scent, easily convincing many of his fans to buy a bottle. (I have two.)

As a music-lover, it makes sense for Harry Styles to check out concerts when he can. One of the ones he went to in August was Ariana Grande [12]'s show in London.
