Hilary Duff [1] is getting ready to reprise her famous role as Lizzie McGuire [2] in the upcoming Disney+ reboot [3] by taking a walk down memory lane. On Sunday, her fiancé Matthew Koma [4] posted a video on his Instagram Stories showing the 32-year-old actress watching The Lizzie McGuire Movie with her kids, nearly 1-year-old Banks and 7-year-old son Luca (whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie). "Family viewing of Lizzie McGuire Movie," Matthew captioned the clip of the brood watching the 2003 movie.

Disney officially announced that a Lizzie McGuire reboot is in the works this past August at Disney+'s D23 Expo event. The series — which ran on the Disney Channel for two seasons from 2001 to 2004 — originally centred on a 13-year-old who struggled to navigate middle school; however, the reboot will "revolve around Lizzie as a 30-year-old millennial [5] navigating life in New York City." The revival is to premiere on Disney+ sometime in 2020.
