The beloved Friends actress admitted that peer pressure finally convinced her to set up a profile on the popular photo-sharing app. Kimmel noted that Aniston's account amassing one million followers in a matter of seconds broke the Internet — beating out the follower count of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry [2]'s joint account, Sussex Royal.
Aniston's first Instagram post was a sweet group shot of her Friends castmates, which hit an impressive 12 million likes in one day. Her second post, to much anticipation, was a video clip that went up today, with the caption "I swear I didn't mean to break it [the internet]... Thank you guys for the kind, glitchy welcome ❤️". In her interview with Kimmel, Aniston confirms that she's carefully "baking content" for the 'gram, so we're looking forward to some funny bits and a more intimate look inside the life of one of Hollywood's favourite women.
