It seems Alex Rodriguez isn't the only one using a baseball team [7] to share thoughts on a potential Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez reunion [8]. On May 19, the official Boston Red Sox TikTok posted a throwback to the July 2019 game Jennifer attended, joining in on the "Never Forget You" trend. The TikTok trend, which is typically set to "Never Forget You" by the Noisettes, sees people remembering holiday flirtations, festival flings, or celeb encounters jokingly posed as real-life romances.

Seeing as Ben's a diehard Red Sox fan, it makes sense the account went the more emotional route, choosing an instrumental version of the Noisettes song and avoiding the usual joke ending. "We miss you," the team and their mascot, Wally the Green Monster, write at the end. Despite tugging at the heartstrings, the comments were filled with sentiments of "How did you guys diss ARod without mentioning ARod?" as Jennifer did attend that particular game with her ex-fiancé [9].
