Jordan Peele [1] and his Monkeypaw production company announced a generous $1 million donation to multiple racial justice organisations this week to support the well-being of the Black community [2]. Jordan shared his plans on Instagram amid ongoing nationwide protests against police brutality and vowed to continue the fight for equality.

"Jordan Peele and Monkeypaw Productions are proud to donate $1 million across five organisations we see as essential to the health and lives of Black people," Jordan wrote. "We are committed to continued action against a system rooted in the violence against and oppression of the Black community."

Jordan's donation will go towards five organisations: Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective [3], Black Lives Matter [4], Equal Justice Initiative [5], Fair Fight [6], and Transgender Gender-Variant & Intersex Justice Project [7]. If you are financially able, please consider donating to his recommended groups or check out this list of additional organisations [8] that could use your help.
