Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are taking their relationship to new heights during their family holiday. The couple — who officially tied the knot this past May — has been documenting their lakeside getaway on Instagram over the past few days. On Sunday, the 46-year-old drummer shared a video of himself ziplining through treetops, captioning it, "Used to be afraid of heights." He also shared a snap on his Stories of Kardashian looking out at the water, writing, "My beautiful wife @kourtneykardash."
Kardashian, 41, has also gotten in on the fun, posting pictures with her kids, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 7. "i💙lake life," she captioned a snap of herself on a boat, to which her sister Khloé Kardashian commented, "You're the cutest."
Meanwhile, Barker's 23-year-old stepdaughter, Atiana De La Hoya, has been posting photos, as well, though it's unclear if Kardashian's son, Mason, and Barker's two other kids, Alabama and Landon, are also with them.
The family's lakeside getaway comes a little over a month after Barker was hospitalized for pancreatitis. While Barker revealed that his pancreatitis could have been "life-threatening," he's feeling much better now. "I went in for an endoscopy Monday feeling great," Barker wrote on his Instagram Story on July 2. "But after dinner, I developed excruciating pain and have been hospitalized ever since. During the endoscopy, I had a very small polyp removed right in a very sensitive area, usually handled by specialists, which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube. This resulted in severe life-threatening pancreatitis. I am so very very grateful that with intensive treatment, I am currently much better."
