Sharing a gallery with some of Stormi's cutest moments, Kylie wrote, "Happy birthday to my Stormi. February 1st 4:43pm the moment my life changed forever. We were meant for each other stormiloo." Her heartwarming post came just hours before she launched her Kylie x Stormi cosmetics collection dedicated to the 2-year-old.
