Wedding bells are ringing for Lily Collins! The 31-year-old Emily in Paris [3] actress is engaged to film director Charlie McDowell. Lily announced the exciting news [4] on her Instagram on Friday with photos from the romantic proposal. "I've been waiting my lifetime for you and I can't wait to spend our lifetime together," she wrote.
