Millie Bobby Brown and her boyfriend of two years, Jake Bongiovi, are engaged! The "Stranger Things" star posted a stunning black and white photo on 11 April of Bongiovi hugging Brown from behind, with both of them laughing affectionately, as the actor wore a sparkling diamond ring on that finger. She captioned the photo on Instagram with lyrics from Taylor Swift's 2019 "Lover" track: "I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want 'em all 🤍".
Bongiovi added more photos to his own Instagram, showing the pair on the beach, both dressed in white for the occasion, of course; him in a white linen shirt and her in a white lace backless dress. His caption was simply "forever". Friends, family, and fans flocked the couples social media with Pixie Lott commenting, "Omg!!!! Congratulations you two so happpy for you eeeee", and former TOWIE star Jess Wright adding, "Ommmmggggg congratulations!!!!!!!!! @milliebobbybrown this is amazing. So so happy for you darling".
Brown, 19, began dating 20-year-old Bongiovi, who is the son of rock star Jon Bon Jovi and Dorothea Hurley, in 2021, as the pair went Instagram official that summer. The couple made their red carpet debut at the 2022 BAFTAs, and have posted a number of cute pictures together on social media ever since.
The happy couple were photographed sharing a sweet PDA on holiday in Italy last summer, before cosying up together at the "Enola Holmes 2" premiere in October, and posting videos of their shared love of Taylor Swift and Harry Styles.
While details of their engagement are scarce, other than the beautiful beach setting shown in the social media posts, we can't wait to see more of the ring and hear about the proposal. We are assuming Brown's best friend, and fellow "Stranger Things" star Noah Schnapp, will be in the running for a prominent role in the nuptials, right?
