Nick Jonas Shares a Tribute For Priyanka Chopra's 40th Birthday: "The Jewel of July"
Happy birthday, Priyanka Chopra! The actor rang in her 40th birthday on 18 July, and Nick Jonas honoured his wife with a sweet tribute on Instagram. "Happiest birthday to my ❤️ the jewel of July. So honoured to be on this crazy ride called life with you. I love you. @priyankachopra," he wrote alongside a series of photos from what appears to be Chopra's birthday trip.
In one of the snaps, Jonas is shown holding up a beach towel that says "Priyanka! The Jewel of July est. 1982." In another, the two are shown hugging while looking up at fireworks in the sky. "Love of my life 😍," Chopra replied in the comments section.
Chopra and Jonas famously wed in a lavish ceremony in Jodhpur, India, in December 2018. Four years later, they welcomed their first child via surrogate, a daughter named Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. In May, Jonas opened up about fatherhood in an interview with "Today," saying "life is beautiful." "She's a gift, and we're just so blessed that she's back," Jonas said of his daughter, who had just returned home after spending more than 100 days in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Jonas will be ringing in his 30th birthday on 16 September, so Chopra will likely share a tribute for her husband to mark the landmark occasion like she has in past years, as well.
