Vanessa Bryant Shares a Heartbreaking Video of Kobe and Gianna: "Missing You Both So Much"
Vanessa Bryant's latest tribute to Kobe and Gianna will break your heart. After bravely honouring her late husband and 13-year-old daughter at their memorial service on Monday, Vanessa shared a family video on Instagram from the former NBA star's 2015 Kobe Bryant's Muse documentary on Thursday night. "Missing you both so much #GigiBryant and @kobebryant MUSE documentary ❤️," she captioned a clip showing the brood playing cards and cuddling on the couch. "Even missing your 'earthquakes'- (leg shakes)."
She also noted that the song playing in the video was Beyoncé's "XO," which was one of Kobe's favourites. Beyoncé, who is a friend of the Bryants, performed the song along with "Halo" at Kobe and Gianna's recent memorial. "I'm here because I love Kobe and this was one of his favourite songs," she told the crowd.
Kobe and Gianna died in a helicopter crash with seven other people — Ara Zobayan, Sarah and Payton Chester, Christina Mauser, and Keri, Alyssa, and John Altobelli — in Calabasas, CA, on Jan. 26.
