Fresh from Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz-Beckham's first wedding anniversary [1] excitement, the family have another cause for celebration: Victoria Beckham [2]'s birthday. The fashion designer turned 49 on 17 April and, naturally, her friends and family have been quick to post their well wishes on social media, including her husband, David, who rarely misses an opportunity to post a little PDA [3] on Instagram.
The former footballer took to the platform to post an adorable throwback snap of the couple in black and white to commemorate her special day while writing a caption honouring her inspirational role in the family. This latest old-school photo comes after his Mother's Day post [4] and Valentine's Day post [5], so it seems David is in the reminiscing mood of late!
The Beckham family are known for showing up in support of each other, both in their personal gym couple workouts [6], and in their careers, as proven when the family (minus Romeo who had football commitments) arrived at Victoria's Paris Fashion Week show [7] in March. Despite rumours having circulated that Victoria and daughter-in-law Nicola, were in the midst of a feud [8] after she didn't wear a Victoria Beckham wedding dress last year, the family were all smiles at Victoria's pre-birthday celebrations on 16 April. Nicola also took the opportunity to completely sweep those rumours under the rug by posting a sweet message to her mother-in-law on her Instagram story.
In addition to loving family posts, Victoria's fellow Spice Girls sent their own messages on social media, with fun clips of old music videos to have us all feeling nostalgic. Members of the girlband had previously reunited at Geri Horner's 50th birthday [9], so we can't wait to see if they'll do the same for Victoria's big 5-0 next year.

In another tribute to his wife, David added a fun photo on his story of himself smiling whilst Victoria ate a spoonful of her birthday cake."Yep, and she eats cake," he joked. "Birthday girl @victoriabeckham".
Cruz Beckham
Victoria's 18-year-old son, Cruz Beckham, joined the celebrations. Sharing an adorable throwback picture of himself dressed up as Spider Man, he wrote: "Happy birthday @victoriabeckham I love you so much".
Nicola Peltz-Beckham
Nicola, 28, joined the slew of sweet family tributes to Victoria Beckham [10], and shared a picture of herself alongside her husband Brooklyn, 24, and her little sister-in-law, Harper Seven. "Happy birthday!!," she wrote. "Love you."
Mel C
Mel C jokingly reminded Victoria that they are both still younger than their former bandmates. "Happy Birthday @victoriabeckham ! If you're feeling a bit old today remember we're still younger than Geri! (Love you Ginge!)," Melanie wrote. "Have the most wonderful day, love you to pieces and I miss sharing the stage with you, hoping we can do it again some day." Do we sense a Spice Girls reunion in the works?

Meanwhile, Geri Halliwell [11] chimed in, also wishing Victoria "a fantastic year ahead".
