Noah Centineo may have captured our hearts in shows like The Fosters and Austin & Ally, along with his breakout film To All the Boys I've Loved Before [1], but his love life off screen has been pretty hush-hush for the most part — at least until reports of his rumoured relationship with Alexis Ren [2] set the internet on fire. We may like to call him "the Internet's boyfriend," but his actual relationship status has been one of much speculation. Over the years, he's been linked to his Netflix costar Lana Condor and even Camila Cabello. While it was very much encouraged [3] for their onscreen relationship, Lana has explicitly denied [4] dating Noah and is currently in a longterm relationship with Anthony De La Torre. The Internet nearly broke when news spread that the rom-com hunk is currently dating model and social influencer Alexis Ren [6]. The two have yet to officially comment on the rumours, but according to Us Weekly, the two have been spotted out [7] showing some major PDA and fans are linking some common locations in their social media posts. The Dancing With the Stars [8] alum was previously linked to her dancing partner [9], Alan Bersten.
Angeline Appel
This was one steamy romance, as seen in some sizzling Instagram posts, like this one [10] locking lips and this one [11] out by the pool. The Disney Channel actress shared a number of social media posts with Noah during their time together back in 2016. Their relationship allegedly lasted two years, before they called it quits in 2018.
Lily Collins
The Tagged star was also briefly linked to Lily Collins earlier this year. While the two share a management team and costar in Arty's "Save Me Tonight" music video, things seemed fairly platonic. At least until Lily and Noah shared some flirty comments [12] on Instagram. To be fair, that Calvin Klein post [13] was pretty hard to ignore.

Back in 2014, Noah dated Disney Channel star Kelli Berglund, around the same time the two actors costarred in How to Build a Better Boy. While we don't know for certain how long the romance officially lasted, they sure make one adorable Disney couple!
