Black Panther Continues to Reign With the Most MTV Movie & TV Awards Nominations

Black Panther is sinking its claws into the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards. The blockbuster film narrowly edged out Netflix's popular series Stranger Things with seven nominations this year. The show, hosted by Girls Trip actress Tiffany Haddish, recently rebranded itself to honour stars from both the big and small screens. With those new rules in place, Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther) faces stiff competition from Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) in the best hero category.
