Ariana Grande Official "Breathin" Music Video

Ariana Grande Slows Down Time and Finds Peace in the "Breathin" Music Video

Ariana Grande's songs may have us screaming at the top of our lungs in the car (yeah, guy at the red light, we know you hear us attempting to hit those high notes), but it's her sexy music videos that deserve our attention. After releasing the break-up anthem of the century, "Thank U, Next," just a few days prior, Grande has us bowing down yet again with the music video for "Breathin" off her fourth studio album Sweetener. On Wednesday, the 25-year-old superstar dropped the video that's an ode to getting through the tough times and persevering even when anxiety has the best of us.

Back in August, Grande told Jimmy Fallon that it's about the importance of "breathin" even when you feel like you can't. "It's a song about that feeling," she explained. "I was having lots of [anxiety attacks]. We were in the studio, we were writing and I was like, 'Ugh can't breathe.' And they were like, 'We're going to write this song.' And I was like, 'OK, I still can't breathe, but we'll write it.'"

She previously released a video for "Breathin" of her pet pig, Piggy Smalls, crawling around her apartment — yes, it's as adorable as it sounds — but now that the official video is out, it's clear that Grande is confronting her anxious emotions head-on. Watch the video above, and see Grande take on this fast-paced thing we call life.
