4 Times Ashley I. Cried So Hard, You Rooted For Her to Become The Bachelorette

Before she was on Bachelor in Paradise, Ashley competed for the affections of "prince farming" Chris Soules on season 19 of The Bachelor. Ashley and fellow contestant Kelsey Poe were chosen for the infamous two-on-one date with Chris. Tensions were high between the two women, especially with a rose and more time with Chris on the line. Chris ended up dumping both the women and dramatically left them in the middle of nowhere in tears.

Jared Haibon and Ashley's romance began when they were both were on season two of Bachelor in Paradise. Things seemed to be going well for the most part, until Jared questioned whether or not their chemistry was something that he was looking for. It was later revealed that Jared couldn't fully invest himself in their relationship because he still held a torch for season 11 Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe. Heartbroken, Ashley proceeded to call Bristowe in the confessional, telling her, "he's obsessed with you."

When Ashley returned to paradise during season three of the spinoff Bachelor in Paradise, she was ready to rekindle her on-and-off again relationship with Jared and made a pledge to only cry three times. She used her first cry when she quickly found out about Jared's new relationship with Caila Quinn. She reprimanded Caila, calling her a "backstabbing friend" for betraying her trust, and engaged in a heart to heart with a parrot.

After Ashley decided to try to move on from Jared, there seemed to be hope when Wells Adams arrived to paradise. They went on a date together and sparks flew. Adams even gave Ashley his rose, despite going on dates with other women. Just when everything seemed to be going well, things came crashing down when Adams decided to leave paradise and ended things with Ashley, leaving her devastated.
