Are you ready for Avengers: Infinity War [1]? I hope so, because I can't take another one of these emotional trailers, you guys. The newest trailer, which you can watch below, features footage of a battle between the Avengers facing off against Thanos (Josh Brolin). It also appears this battle takes place in Wakanda, the technologically advanced African nation [2] also known as the setting of the latest MCU film, Black Panther [3]. In the clip, Okoye (Danai Gurira), the general of Black Panther's Dora Milaje [4], chides T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman) for the chaos happening in their land.
"When you said we we're going to open Wakanda to the rest of the world, this was not what I imagined," she remarks, explaining that she expected them to host the Olympics or open a Starbucks instead. Among all of the rumors that Iron Man [5], Captain America [6], and Vision might perish [7] by the time the credits roll, we needed that laugh.
As far as the other clips from the epic team-up flick [8] are concerned, let's just say you're going to need every last bit of your strength to handle watching them. The film sees all of your favourite heroes — Captain America, Black Panther, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, the Hulk, Black Widow, Thor, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and more — joining forces to put an end to Thanos's wrath. Can they do it? We'll have to wait until the movie hits cinemas on April 26 to find out.
