Production for Hobbs and Shaw [1] has officially wrapped, so you know what that means — only three more months until the Fast & Furious [2] spinoff hits theatres! The David Leitch-directed film stars Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham as Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw, respectively, and features a handful of new faces [3] including Idris Elba, Vanessa Kirby, Eiza González, and Johnson's cousin, former WWE superstar Roman Reigns (née Leati Joseph "Joe" Anoaʻi). Johnson, Statham, and Elba have all shared behind-the-scenes looks of what we can expect from the film on Instagram, and thankfully, it looks nothing like Tokyo Drift. Phew! Johnson has also assured us that the "audience is gonna have an absolute blast this Summer." Hobbs and Shaw is set to hit theatres on Aug. 2, 2019.
