First he's falling in love with Armie Hammer in the lush Italian countryside in Call Me By Your Name, and now he's falling in love with Maika Monroe in Cape Cod in Hot Summer Nights . . . while also trying not to get murdered due to his side-hustle as a drug dealer. OK, OK — admittedly, the latter doesn't sound as fun.

In the first '80s-tastic trailer released for the Elijah Bynum-directed romantic thriller, Chalamet and Monroe star alongside Alex Roe as teenagers attempting to get by any way they can over the course of one eventful, fateful Summer by the ocean. Will they survive? Will they get locked up? Will Chalamet's character ever run out of rugby shirts? Until the film hits theatres on July 27, check out the new footage above.
