How Many Grammys Does Beyonce Have?

Beyoncé Is Still the Most Nominated Woman in Grammys History

Beyoncé has even more to celebrate after the 2023 Grammy nominations were released on 15 Nov. The singer was nominated nine times, bringing her total nomination count to 88 and making her the most nominated woman in Grammys history. She's currently tied for most all time with one person: her husband, JAY-Z.

For the 2023 ceremony, which will take place this February, all her nominations come from her work on her July album, "Renaissance." The album is Beyoncé's seventh solo effort and her first since 2016's "Lemonade." She promised that the album was act one of a three-part series, though it's still unclear what the next two parts of that series will be.

Her nine nominations for the new ceremony is the fourth time she's been nominated for at least nine awards in a single ceremony, after 2010, 2017, and 2021. She's the first Black woman to be nominated for album of the year four times as a lead artist (though she's never won a major category). If she wins four of her nine nominations this year, she will be the most awarded artist in the history of the Grammys. Currently, Beyoncé has won 28 Grammys.
