We're starting to think there's nothing Janelle Monáe can't do. The Oscar-nominated actress [1]/singer/songwriter/visionary (the list goes on) just dropped the rose-hued video for her latest anthemic single, "Pynk," which is the quintessential ode to vaginas everywhere. Yes, really!
In the description for the video on YouTube [2], Monáe writes that "PYNK is a brash celebration of creation. self love. sexuality. and p*ssy power! PYNK is the colour that unites us all, for pink is the colour found in the deepest and darkest nooks and crannies of humans everywhere . . ."
The video is gorgeous and even features an appearance from Thor: Ragnarok star Tessa Thompson, who collaborated with the singer [3] on her third album, Dirty Computer. There are also plenty of shots of Monáe and Co. hanging out by the pool and dancing their way through a dusty pink dystopia in billowing pants that look a lot like vaginas, too (someone please GIF this video ASAP).
