Lady and the Tramp's Live-Action Remake Has the Most Perfect Cast

The Thor: Ragnarok actress will take a break from saving the galaxy to voice the titular Lady, an American Cocker Spaniel puppy who's given as a gift from Jim Dear to his wife, Darling. When the couple welcome a baby, Lady ends up going on an adventure that leads her to cross paths with Tramp, a stray.

The Maniac actor will lend his voice to Tramp, who falls in love with Lady after rescuing her from a pack of stray dogs and helping her remove a muzzle that her mean Aunt Sarah put on her.

The actress and singer stars as Peg, a stray Pekingese whom Tramp protects from the local dogcatcher.

Hearts Beat Loud's Kiersey Clemons will appear as Darling, who receives Lady as a gift from her husband in the original animated film.

After popping up in films like Kong: Skull Island and Brain on Fire, Thomas Mann will play Darling's husband, Jim Dear, in Lady and the Tramp.

Like Peg, Bull — who will be voiced by Doctor Strange's Benedict Wong — is a stray dog whom Tramp helps keep out of the hands of the dogcatcher in their town. As his name suggests, he's a Bulldog.

Yvette Nicole Brown might have played one of your favourite characters on Community, but her role in this remake isn't going to be quite as beloved. She's signed on to play Aunt Sarah, who comes to watch Darling and Jim Dear's baby while they go on a trip. She brings along with her two trouble-making Siamese cats, Si and Am, who frame Lady for attacking them, which is why Aunt Sarah later puts a muzzle on Lady.

Catastrophe's Ashley Jensen is on board as Jackie, a gender-swapped version of the animated film's Jock. In the original, Jock is a Scottish Terrier who lives in Lady's neighbourhood and becomes one of her closest friends.
