Legally Blonde UPS Guy in "Thank U, Next" Video

This Hilarious Hidden Reference in the "Thank U, Next" Video Has Everybody SHOOK

Legally Blonde UPS Guy in "Thank U, Next" Video

Gather 'round the Oscar-worthy "Thank U, Next" video, Arianators, because there are a lot of hidden moments to unpack. When I heard about the one involving the UPS guy from Legally Blonde, though, I actually gasped and laughed out loud. The man in uniform in Grande's video is wearing a UPS outfit just like the one in the film, obviously. But his badge doesn't say UPS — it says BDE. Big D*ck Energy, in case you forgot. This is the character (who's played by Bruce Thomas in the 2001 classic but a different guy in this video) who delivers the iconic line "I've got a package" to a flustered Paulette during the "Bend and Snap" scene in Legally Blonde. So yeah, in Grande's video, he's got a package in more ways than one.

This reference only becomes funnier when you realise what Ariana Grande wrote for Pete Davidson in her Mean Girls-inspired Burn Book in the video. (Hint: it includes a nod to his now-famous BDE, too.) Never change, Ari. Ahead, see a breakdown of this little detail that left everybody shook, and then see if you identified all the Easter eggs in the video.
