Another one of John Green's novel is being adapted for the screen, and if this new series is anything like The Fault in Our Stars and Paper Towns, then we're already obsessed. Looking For Alaska [1] is coming to BBC iPlayer and BBC Three as a limited series, following the journey of Miles "Pudge" Halter as starts over at a new boarding school and meets a girl who will forever change his world. We're going to have to wait until Oct. 19 before we can binge it all, but we at least know the incredible cast taking on the roles of Miles, Alaska, and the gang.

Charlie Plummer as Miles "Pudge" Halter

Best known for playing Michael Thompson on Boardwalk Empire and Timmy Sanders in Granite Flats, Charlie Plummer stars in this series as Miles "Pudge" Halter, a loner who decides to leave his Florida high school behind after his sophomore year to attend Culver Creek Preparatory High School in Alabama, where he falls in love with the beautiful, elusive Alaska Young.

Kristine Froseth as Alaska Young

Kristine Froseth, who played Veronica in the Netflix original movie Sierra Burgess Is a Loser and currently stars in the Netflix series The Society, costars alongside Plummer as Alaska Young, who initially makes it her mission to find a girlfriend for Miles. Even though she knows that Miles is falling in love with her, she insists that they keep their relationship platonic, as she has a boyfriend back home that she loves.

Denny Love as Chip "The Colonel" Martin

Newcomer Denny Love — who has appeared in series such as Empire, Chicago P.D., and Lucifer — plays Chip Martin, who is better known as "The Colonel" and who takes his new roommate, Miles, under his wing.

Jay Lee as Takumi Hikohito

Best known for playing Tanner Bassett on American Vandal, Jay Lee plays Takumi Hikohito, a self-proclaimed hip-hop emcee and best friend of The Colonel.

Sofia Vassilieva as Lara Buterskaya

Sofia Vassilieva, who began her career playing the titular children's book character Eloise in Eloise at the Plaza and Eloise at Christmastime, appears as Lara, a Romanian classmate who Alaska attempts to set up with Miles.

Landry Bender as Sara

Former Disney Channel star Landry Bender (who you might also recognise as Jackson's girlfriend Rocki from Fuller House) plays Sara, the girlfriend of The Colonel, with whom she constantly fights.

Uriah Shelton as Longwell

Uriah Shelton, who played Joshua Matthews on Girl Meets World, appears as Longwell, a "Weekday Warrior" (as the wealthy, entitled group of bullies are Culver Creek are known) who despises The Colonel and is committed to tormenting him and his other non-jock friends.

Jordan Connor as Kevin

Best known for playing Sweet Pea on Riverdale [2], Jordan Connor plays Longwell's dim-witted crony, Kevin.

Timothy Simons as Mr. Starnes, aka "The Eagle"

Timothy Simons, who you might recognise as Jonah Ryan from Veep, appears as the strict Dean of Students at Culver Creek, Mr. Starnes, who is better known among the students as "The Eagle" and who is often subjected to The Colonel's pranks.

Ron Cephas Jones as Dr. Hyde

Best known as William "Shakespeare" Hill from This Is Us, Ron Cephas Jones appears as Dr. Hyde, Culver Creek's beloved and respected religious studies teacher.
