Regina King took home the Golden Globe for best supporting actress for her role in If Beale Street Could Talk on Sunday, but someone should really give her another for her incredible speech. After praising director Barry Jenkins for making a film that her son, Ian Alexander Jr., could relate to, King used her platform to discuss the importance of creating fair workplaces for women. "In the next two years, I'm making a vow that everything that I produce will be 50% women," King said. "I challenge anyone out there who is in a position of power . . .
