The Netflix movie Bird Box was, as Kim Kardashian learned pretty quickly [1], an instant hit. In fact, it was allegedly been watched in 80 million people since in the first four weeks following its release [2]. But one person who has not tuned in is Sarah Paulson, who just happens to be one of the movie's stars.

During an appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert [3], Paulson explained that she never watches her own work, and hasn't done so since American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson. Colbert pointed out that this means she's missed out on some seriously good movies and TV shows, among them the Oscar-nominated movie The Post, but he was on hand to give her a little reminder of her performance. The pair also discussed Paulson's role in Glass [4], another we'll be able to enjoy . . . but she probably won't ever see!
