What Blake From The Bachelorette Does For a Living — Besides Stealing Hearts, of Course
Blake Hortsmann captured the hearts of Bachelor Nation as soon as he rode into the After the Final Rose special on horseback to meet Becca Kufrin for the first time. Since then, he and Becca have formed a rock-solid relationship on this season of The Bachelorette, soaring through one-on-one dates, hometowns, and a joint stay in the Fantasy Suite. While you're likely already aware that the 28-year-old frontrunner is from small town outside of Denver, CO, called Bailey, we haven't heard much about his career yet.
So what does Blake from The Bachelorette do for a living? It turns out his job (which isn't professional heart stealer, BTW) is actually pretty darn cool. Blake's official ABC bio simply says he's a "sales rep," but a quick and totally-not-creepy perusal of his LinkedIn profile reveals that his full title is Off Premise Sales Rep at Coors Distributing Company. The booze company, which is headquartered in Denver, is responsible for distributing a handful of popular beer brands, including Coors Light, Fosters, Blue Moon, and Miller High Life. Blake has held his position since November 2014, and before that, he had two other gigs at CDC, including a merchandiser. It looks like this guy is really into the whole commitment thing.
Judging from his Instagram account, Blake is pretty invested in his career. His profile features a handful of photos of him with a beer in hand, and he's even repping his company by wearing a Coors Light shirt in one snap. On top of that, his bio mentions that he sells beer and also reads "probably out of town," likely meaning that he travels a lot for the position. If Becca ends up picking him as her future hubby, we're sure Blake would be willing to take a few work trip detours to hang with her in Minnesota until they figure out their living situation.
Regardless of how his travel-heavy, Denver-based lifestyle will factor into Becca's, plenty of Bachelorette viewers are rooting for him as we head into the season finale, evidenced by the passionate fan tweets below. I mean, Becca Horstmann has a pretty nice ring to it, don't you agree?
