Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini Bond Over Death in Netflix's New Dark Comedy

Netflix's new dark comedy is bringing a whole new meaning to the phrase "misery loves company." In Dead to Me, Christina Applegate stars as Jen, a cynical widow who's determined to solve the hit-and-run murder of her husband in unorthodox ways. When she joins a support group, she meets Judy (Linda Cardellini), a free spirit brimming with optimism despite suffering the recent loss of her fiancé, and the pair strike up an unlikely friendship.

Unfortunately Judy is hiding a secret that could destroy both her and Jen's lives, which all comes bubbling to the surface with the arrival of a man from her past (James Marsden). Ed Asner and Brandon Scott also star, and the show has Applegate on board as an executive producer alongside Adam McKay and Will Ferrell.
