Who Is Heather Martin From The Bachelor?

Heather Martin Is Way More Than Just The Bachelor's "Never Been Kissed" Girl

Much has been made of Colton's virginity on this season of The Bachelor, but he's not the only one with a limited sexual past. Heather told Colton that she's never kissed anyone before, and he, well, could relate.

Even though Heather was nervous to tell Colton she'd never smooched anyone on the second episode of the season, she wasn't exactly hiding it on the show. Her official Bachelor contestant bio lists her job as "Never Been Kissed." In reality, though, Heather is gainfully employed — in an Instagram post about the show, she added the hashtag #ihaveajob, just so everyone was on the same page.

In fact, according to Heather's LinkedIn profile, she's an assistant program manager at a company called Aethercomm. The California-based company makes products to be used in combat, according to its own LinkedIn page. Impressive and so much more than that show tagline gave away

So what else don't we know about Heather? Here are a few things we've learned about the sweet Bachelor contestant so far.

1. Heather Loves Cats

Her Bachelor bio notes that she "has a kitty named Kitty." And it looks like she's been known to dress up as a cat herself, on occasion, too.

2. She's Friends With Bachelor in Paradise's Tenley Molzahn

Heather already has at least one friend in Bachelor Nation. She recently shared a photo of herself with Tenley, who's been on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise in the past. "So thankful for her and her joyful spirit," Heather wrote of Tenley in her caption.

3. Heather's a Self-Proclaimed Thrill-Seeker

Her contestant bio notes that she's "a thrill-seeker who enjoys bungee jumping, skydiving, and river-rafting." Any out-of-the-box Bachelor dates will probably be right up Heather's alley.

4. She's a Foodie at Heart

Heather says in her Bachelor bio that her dream job is to be a food critic. Who knows — maybe the show's publicity will bring her closer to that goal.

5. Heather's Close With Her Family, Which Includes Plenty of Women

In 2016, Heather shared a Christmas Eve photo, which she captioned "Christmas Eve with all the Martin gals." It's clear that she's part of a tight-knit family. (And the other Martin women have hair that's just as gorgeous as Heather's.)

6. She's a True California Girl

Sun and palm trees seem to be in Heather's blood. If she and Colton do end up together, it sounds like Heather might favour living in a warm, sunny locale.

7. Heather Likes Country Music

Even though she's from California, it looks like Heather still appreciates that country twang. She's attended festivals including the Big Country Bash and Stagecoach, so it looks like she's got a soft spot for country tunes.
