Once Upon a Time [1] is prepping for an epic sendoff! After saying goodbye to a majority of its leads [2] in season six, the show is bringing back a ton of characters [3] for its seventh and final season [4]. The series finale — which is fittingly titled "Leaving Storybrooke" [5] — will bring back everyone from Snow White and Prince Charming to fan-favourite heroine, Emma Swan [6]. Can you hear us screaming?! A few "departed" characters will be back as well, so there's no telling what that means.

Showrunners Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis confirmed the exciting news in a statement on Wednesday. "Seven years after we set off on this magical journey, we prepare to say goodbye to the cast, crew, and writers that made the 'happily ever after' that is Once Upon a Time possible," they said. "We couldn't think of a more fitting way to say farewell than by reuniting so many of the characters that our fiercely loyal fans spent years with on their adventures. We hope everyone joins our Once family, old and new, for what we hope will be the sendoff of a lifetime befitting this stellar cast and its incomparable fans."

Rebecca Mader

After departing the show in season six, Mader reprised her role as Zelena during the second half of season seven. She will continue to appear on the series until the finale.

Jared Gilmore

Gilmore, who was previously confirmed to return for the second half of season seven, will reprise his character as Henry in the series finale.

Josh Dallas

Dallas will be back as Prince Charming.

Ginnifer Goodwin

Goodwin will join her husband Dallas as she returns as Snow White.

Jennifer Morrison

The actress, who appeared in one episode during season seven, will reprise her role as Emma.

Emilie de Ravin

After appearing in one episode this season, the actress behind Belle will return for the series finale. However, her storyline might be tricky, seeing that her character dies during season seven.

JoAnna Garcia

The actress will return as Ariel.

Sean Maguire

The actor will reprise his role as Robin Hood, who is tragically killed off in season five [7].

Tony Amendola

Amendola will return as Geppetto.

Bev Elliott

The actress will be back as the famous Storybrooke diner owner, Granny.

Keegan Tracy

Tracy will reprise her role as the Blue Fairy.

Lee Arenberg

Arenberg is coming back as Leroy, who is best known for his Enchanted Forest persona, Grumpy.

Victoria Smurfit

The actress will return as Cruella De Vil, who is currently chilling like a villain in the Underworld.

Robbie Kay

Kay will reprise his role as the villainous Peter Pan.
