Why Did The Bachelorette Have a Recap in Episode 6?
No One Asked For That Snoozy Bachelorette Recap, but We Got It Anyway
It was the recap that no one asked for, but we all got roped in to watching all 40 minutes of it anyway. ABC decided to throw a twist in the sixth episode of The Bachelorette. The first half of the episode continued from Luke Parker's frustrating one-on-one date with Hannah Brown. After the rose ceremony, we didn't even think about what would happen next. The show would continue and a date card would come the following day, right? Nope. Producers had a different idea in mind, and suddenly Bachelor Nation was watching a recap of the season thus far. So it was a recap of six episodes. Six. Did ABC think we weren't watching this whole time and just decided to tune in? It was a strange episode, to say the least, but Twitter's reaction to it made it much better (and hilarious).
