From Selena Gomez to Taylor Swift, the Most Anticipated Albums of 2023

Cyrus surprised fans when she announced her eighth studio album, "Endless Summer Holiday," on 5 Jan. Cyrus first teased the album, due to drop on 10 March, in a trailer that features the "Angels Like You" singer lounging poolside under palm trees.

"We met each other on the neon dingy, past the manta rays and palm trees," she says in the voiceover. "Glowing creatures beamed down from great heights, electric eels and red venom. In the sky, we could see the riders on horseback, on comets coming toward us, kicking up with laughter. My friend Big Twitchie rode the boat into the light, surfed the north break. We danced until there was nothing left — just me and Twitchie, 'cause that's all we knew."

On the same day, Cyrus shared the cover art for her upcoming album, which features her dangling from a beam in a cutout black swimsuit and stilettos against a sky-blue backdrop. She also announced that "Flowers," the first single off of "Endless Summer Holiday," is set to arrive on 13 Jan.

The new release will be a follow-up to her 2020 album, "Plastic Hearts," which featured collaborations with artists including Dua Lipa, Joan Jett, and Billy Idol.

Following the release of her introspective Apple TV+ documentary, "My Mind and Me," and the accompanying single, Gomez is preparing to release her fourth studio album.

"I just finished season four of my cooking show, and I am in LA working on my album now," the "Selena + Chef" host confirmed in a May 23 interview on the "Crew Call" podcast. News of Gomez's upcoming album comes just one year after the singer hinted at "retiring" from music. "I think there are a lot of people who enjoy my music, and for that I'm so thankful, for that I keep going, but I think the next time I do an album it'll be different," Gomez said in her Vogue 2021 cover story. "I want to give it one last try before I maybe retire music."

Gomez's new album will be her first solo release since her 2021 Spanish EP, "Revelación." In August 2020, the "Only Murders in the Building" star also released her collab "Ice Cream" with K-pop giant Blackpink. She also released "999," a 2021 collab with Camilo; "Let Somebody Go," a 2022 collab with Coldplay; and a "Calm Down" remix with Rema.

While Gomez hasn't announced an official album title or release date, she has hinted at a possible tour to accompany her new album. "I am open to a tour, a thousand percent, but I obviously have obligations and things I wanna do, so when the time's right," she added. "It's not the top of my priority list."

At the 2021 Soul Train Awards on 28 Nov., Normani hinted that her debut album as a solo artist was on the way and that she might even support the release with a tour. "I wanna tell you that summer is gonna be lit," she said. "I'm ready to perform, I miss performing."

On 21 March, Normani premiered her heartbreak song "Fair," the lead single off her upcoming album. "When you go through heartbreak and adversity that often creates the best record," she told "Today." "And for me, this was really just an opportunity to showcase my vulnerability. I think that I've never really been comfortable with being vulnerable in front of people. So for me, this was really a breakthrough and really just shattering the idea of perfection." Since her Fifth Harmony Days, Normani has also released songs like "Love Lies" with Khalid, "Dancing With a Stranger" with Sam Smith, "Diamonds" with Meghan Thee Stallion, "Wild Side" feat. Cardi B, and her 2019 hit "Motivation."

Normani said the new album will be a mashup of genres that serves as an "introduction to who I really am." "I think that's one thing that in the beginning of the process was limiting to me creatively because I'm like, 'OK, is this pop enough? Is this urban enough?' Like, I was really, really putting myself through it and not enjoying and just making good a-- music, which for me is the most important," she said, adding that she was inspired by some of her favourite '90s musicians, such as Brandy, Monica, Toni Braxton, and Destiny's Child.

In an April interview with BET, the singer said the album is a representation of her growth as an artist. "You can expect a range — me being my most vocal and [more] authentic than ever before from start to finish," she said. "There's a range from what you can hear from the records I've already put out along with the next record I'll be putting out — there's so much dimension to me as a person so I really wanted my artistry to reflect that. Sonically, I was able to experiment. I love being in the studio as my playground and production value to me is super important. As a songwriter, I've grown tremendously. With me trusting myself, you'll hear that confidence for sure."

While the album was expected to drop in 2022, the new projected release date is sometime in 2023.

Chlöe has been teasing her debut solo project for years, but our patience is about to pay off in a major way. After successful years singing as half of the duo Chloe x Halle alongside her sister, Halle, Chlöe is ready to showcase her individuality. The "Have Mercy" singer has successfully remained tight-lipped about her freshman album, but we do have a title: "Chlöe."

"It's definitely Make 'Em Sweat-level spicy!" she told POPSUGAR about the album in June, adding that it's "wayyy too hot to handle."

Since the start of her solo music career, Chlöe has released a series of singles that have us wanting more, including "Treat Me," "Surprise," and "For the Night" feat. Latto. In 2022, she also released "You & Me" with Gunna on the rapper's album "DS4Ever."

Details — including collaborations, track tiles, and a release date — about Chlöe's debut album are still under wraps, but we're ready to blast it on repeat the second it drops.

Del Rey is ringing in 2023 with the release of her ninth studio album. On 7 Dec., the "Brooklyn Baby" singer announced that she will follow her 2021 release, "Blue Banisters," with "Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd," slated for release in 2023.

According to Pitchfork, Del Rey's new album features contributions from Bleachers singer Jack Antonoff, Drew Erickson, and Mini Mansions's Zach Dawes. The project will also feature collaborations with Jon Batiste, Father John Misty, and Canadian rapper Tommy Genesis.

On Dec. 7, Del Rey released the audio for the album's title track. "When's it gonna be my turn?" she sings. "Open me up, tell me you like it / F*ck me to death, love me until I love myself / There's a tunnel under Ocean Boulevard." This year, Del Rey also released her song "Watercolor Eyes," written exclusively for the "Euphoria" soundtrack, and covered Father John Misty's "Buddy's Rendezvous."

"Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd" will be available on 10 March, 2023.

Having left her record label, Polydor, in 2021 following a public outpouring of her frustration and anger at executives who wouldn't let her put out an album, Raye announced on 6 Jan. that she is finally releasing that hard-earned debut album. In a tweet, she holds up the track list which includes songs called "Flip a Switch" and "Ice Cream Man".

"My 21st Century Blues" will be available on 3 Feb.

For the first time in nearly a decade, J Lo is releasing new music. On Nov. 25, the "Marry Me" singer announced the title of her ninth studio album: "This Is Me . . . Now." The album is a follow-up to "A.K.A." (2014), which included hits like "First Love," "Booty" feat. Pitbull, and "I Luh Ya Papi" feat. French Montana.

The album is a celebration of love and will touch on her rekindled relationship with Ben Affleck. "People think they know things about what happened to me along the way, the men I was with —— but they really have no idea, and a lot of times they get it so wrong," Lopez said of the upcoming release in an interview with Vogue. "There's a part of me that was hiding a side of myself from everyone. And I feel like I'm at a place in my life, finally, where I have something to say about it."

Lopez added that the album is "emotionally raw" and "the most honest work she has ever done." "We captured me at this moment in time when I was reunited with the love of my life and we decided we were going to be together forever," she said in an Apple Music interview with Zane Lowe on Nov. 28. "The whole message of the [original] album [This Is Me . . . Then] is this love exists. This is a real love. Now I think what the message of the album is very much if you were wondering if you have, like me at times, lost hope, almost given up, don't. Because true love does exist and some things do last forever and that's real. I want to put that message out into the world and that does take a lot of vulnerability."

"This Is Me . . . Now" is expected to drop sometime in 2023 and will feature tracks like "To Be Yours," "Can't Get Enough," and "Dear Ben Pt. II."

"Pretty B*tch Music" is Saweetie's upcoming studio album about the importance of showing women "being about their business," exuding confidence, being sexy, and having fun, according to an interview with Gal-Dem. The album will feature tracks like "Tap In," "Back to the Streets" feat. Jhené Aiko, "Best Friend" feat. Doja Cat, and "Fast (Motion)."

After teasing that the album would arrive in 2021 and 2022, Saweetie pushed the projected publication date back to 2023. We can only hope that "Pretty B*tch Music" and Saweetie's upcoming project about being a bachelorette, "The Single Life," will be unveiled soon.

Following her exit from Big Machine Records and the acquisition of her six-album music catalogueue, Taylor Swift has had fans on the edge of their seats, guessing which of her previous releases she'll rerecord next. Since 2021, the "Midnights" artist has rerecorded "Fearless (Taylor's Version)" and "Red (Taylor's Version)."

While it's possible that Swift plans to rerecord "Taylor Swift" (2006), "1989" (2014), or "Reputation" (2017) next, fans strongly believe that "Speak Now" (2010) is next on her radar. In particular, fans have noted that Swift left a series of clues that points to the 2010 album in the video for "Bejeweled," including snippets from "Enchanted" and "Long Live," both off of "Speak Now." Laura Dern, who stars in the video, also says "speak not." Finally, the "Bejeweled" music video was released on 25 Oct., exactly 12 years to the date of the original "Speak Now" release.

Are these all just clever coincidences? Red herrings to throw us off before she drops another surprise album? Only time will tell.

P!nk is adding a ninth studio album to her collection in 2023. On 18 Nov., the "Just Give Me a Reason" singer announced in an interview with "Good Morning America" that "Trustfall" would make its debut on 17 Feb. "It's very, very true to what I believe and where I am and what I'm feeling and what I think a lot of people are feeling," she said of the album, adding that writing and recording the new project was some of the most fun she's ever had.

The singer added that she wrote the album during the pandemic, when a series of crises sparked a change in her approach to life. "It takes your kids getting sick to be like, 'Okay, none of this matters. I wanna see my kids grow up. That's what I want," she said, speaking about the time she and her son were sick with COVID. "I want to only put truth into the world. I want to only be authentic. And I want to be kinder and a better person."

After losing her father in 2021, P!nk says she was also reminded that she only has so much time left, which is what inspired her to start working on the new album. "My album is a piece of me, and I think that I am an example of how you can live authentically and fearlessly, in ways," she said.

P!nk's upcoming release — which will feature her new single "Never Gonna Not Dance Again" — will follow her 2019 album, "Hurts 2B Human," which featured collabs with acts like Khalid and Chris Stapleton.

Horan is making big promises for 2023. After stepping back from One Direction and going solo in September 2016, Horan released his debut album, "Flicker," in 2017. The "Nice to Meet Ya" singer followed the release with his sophomore album, "Heartbreak Weather," in 2020. Now, he's returning with a third studio album that already has fans on the edge of their seats.

"Hello lovers, it's Niall here. It's been a while, which I know you're very aware of," he said in a Twitter video posted on 27 Oct. "But I just wanted to give you an update as to what's going on. I'm back. I've got new music coming in the new year that I'm really, really proud of, and I appreciate you being so patient with me while I've done it. . . . I have a whole new album, too."

In addition to teasing his new album, Horan also said he was excited to get back out on the road and take part in festivals in 2023, including TRNSMT fest in Glasgow, where he will be joined by The 1975, Pulp, Kasabian, George Ezra, and more.

On Oct. 11, NBC also announced that Horan — who got his start on "The X Factor" in 2010 — will appear as a judge on season 23 of "The Voice." While Horan's debut on the singing competition isn't slated to air until spring, we hope the premiere of his junior album isn't too far behind.

Maluma's next album is slated for release in 2023, according to Billboard, and his new music could be a major sonic shift. The unnamed album will feature pop-rock sounds inspired by the "Junio" singer's early-2000s influences. "We really wanted to bring that sound of Los Enanitos Verdes and Soda Stereo into the present day," he told the publication in September. "To me, it's a genre that cannot die."

Since the release of his third studio album, "Papi Juancho" (2020), Maluma has also dropped the EP "#7DJ (7 Días en Jamaica)" (2021) and starred opposite Lopez in "Marry Me" (2022).

In creating the upcoming album, Maluma worked with Grammy-winning songwriter-producer Edgar Barrera, who he met at the start of his career. Maluma has not yet shared a release date for the distinctive album, but our ears will be ready when the time comes.

Bebe Rexha is rumoured to be releasing new music in 2023. "Should I release an ep or an lp?," the "Break My Heart Myself" singer tweeted on 5 Nov., adding fuel to the fan fire across social media. If the rumours are true, Rexha's new album will be her third studio release, following "Expectations" (2018) and "Better Mistakes" (2021).

Rexha's most recent album featured collaborations with artists including Travis Barker, Ty Dolla Sign, Trevor Daniel, Lil Uzi Vert, Doja Cat, Pink Sweats, Lunay, and Rick Ross. With so many incredible collaborations under her belt, there's no telling how many familiar voices we can expect to hear on her upcoming album.

At the 2022 Live in the Vineyard festival, she debuted three new songs, including "Heart Wants What It Wants, "I Am," and "Born Again."

While she has not announced an official album title or release date, we'll be keeping a close eye on Rexha's Twitter account for more updates in the coming months.

Originally scheduled to drop in fall 2021, Khalid's third studio album, "Everything Is Changing," is taking longer than expected — but good things take time. On 21 July, 2021, he dropped "New Normal," his first single from the album, which was inspired by "the pandemic and the emotional toll that quarantine took on me and my friends," according to Billboard.

"'Everything Is Changing' as an album really takes that a step further with all of the songs centering around trying to find a purpose and a sense of self in a world where everything is digitally connected but emotionally disconnected," he said. "As we all come out of quarantine and venture more into the world and try to reconnect with people we haven't seen in over a year, I hope the messages explored within the album open up conversations and allow people to access their feelings in a new way."

The projected album release date was moved to 2022. As we near the end of the year, it's becoming more realistic that the new album will drop in 2023.

On 28 Sept., Paramore sent waves through the rock and emo community when they released "This Is Why," the lead single from their upcoming studio album of the same name. In an interview with Pitchfork in September, lead singer Hayley Williams said the song "summarizes the plethora of ridiculous emotions, the rollercoaster of being alive in 2022, having survived even just the last three or four years."

The album will be the band's first since "After Laughter" in 2017 and will feature tracks like "Running Out of Time," "Big Man, Little Dignity," and "Liar." "This Is Why" is expected to drop on 10 Feb., 2023.

After placing second in "X Factor Italia" in 2017, Måneskin — which means "moonlight" in Danish — became an international sensation, taking home first place at the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest with their song "Zitti E Buoni," which translates to "Quiet and Good." The Italian glam rockers, who have been performing together since 2016, will release their third studio album, "Rush!," on 20 Jan., 2023.

The band appeared as the musical guest on "Saturday Night Live" on 22 Jan. and took the stage on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on 20 May. Their cover of Elvis Presley's "If I Can Have a Dream" was also featured on the "Elvis" soundtrack, and they were nominated in the best new artist category for the 2023 Grammys.

In an interview with NME in October, the band revealed that the new album was influenced by Radiohead and that it will be a step out of their "comfort zone." "I think that the inspiration we got from Radiohead was to be very focussed [sic] on creating a very specific world for each song," lead vocalist Damiano David said. "It's something they do very, very well so we tried to create these amazing atmospheres. They really create an image of what you're listening to, and that gave us inspiration."

On 31 Oct., Måneskin kicked off their first North American tour in Seattle. During their Mexico City performance, they debuted their single "Kool Kids," which will appear on the upcoming album.

Seven long years after the release of his second studio album, "Blonde," Frank Ocean is returning in 2023 to headline at Coachella, which might mean there's new music in store ahead of the performance. Given the "Pink + White" singer's unpredictability when it comes to album releases, we can't be sure he plans to release new music in 2023, but he sparked a frenzy among fans in September when he wiped his Instagram account of all posts. While he hasn't shared any posts since, fans are hopeful that the cleanse is a sign of new music on the horizon.

In July, Ocean also teased fans with an instrumental release on the first episode of "Blonded Radio" on Apple Music, during which he discussed psychedelics and working late nights in the studio.

Tems's debut studio album is on its way in 2023. The Grammy-nominated singer, whose cover of Bob Marley's "No Woman, No Cry" was featured on the "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" soundtrack, promised new music after a fan called her out on Twitter for pushing back the album release date. "@temsbaby promised us an album this year but as we no come hear anything like dis nko?" the fan wrote on 19 Nov., to which Tems replied, "Next year."

In 2021, the "Free Mind" singer was featured on "Fountain" from Drake's album "Certified Lover Boy." She was later featured alongside Drake on Future's "Wait For You," which earned her an American Music Award for favourite hip-hop song. The song also earned Tems Grammy nominations for best rap song and best melodic rap performance. In addition to the "Wait For You" nominations, she is also nominated for album of the year for her feature alongside Grace Jones on Beyoncé's "Move," from "Renaissance."

Since rocking our worlds with hits like "Potential Breakup Song" in 2007 (and again in 2020), pop-rock duo Aly & AJ have been brewing up an entire album's worth of new tracks. On 7 May, 2021, the Michalka sisters dropped "A Touch of the Beat Gets You Up on Your Feet Gets You Out and Then Into the Sun," their first studio release since "Insomniatic" in 2007. Now, in 2023, the duo are set to release their second album in the last decade: "With Love From."

The upcoming project will feature 11 songs, including the title track. In a November interview with Rolling Stone, the sisters explained that the album is a love letter to their own personal brand of pop. "We wanted to make a record that kind of dug deeper into Americana folk music, and we're not claiming that this record is among the American greats, but we did our best in telling our story and staying true to who we are as songwriters and musicians," Aly said.

AJ added, "Pop is still in our DNA — that's songwriting at its essential core. Every song, in a way, is pop. With a lot of ways songs are formatted, they're usually in a pop format. . . . But I think for Aly and I, [it's about] bringing in a little more of a rock edge, a little more guitar, a little more analog-leaning production as opposed to electronic-leaning synths."

Since announcing the new album, the Michalkas have also released rerecorded versions of their Disney hits "Like Whoa" and "Chemicals React."

The "With Love From" tour will kick off at the Fox Theatre in Oakland, CA, on 30 March, 2023 and conclude at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on 8 Sept., 2023.

Ever since Bridgers announced her Reunion Tour in March 2021 and dropped her single "Sidelines" for the Hulu adaptation of Sally Rooney's "Conversations With Friends," fans have been wondering if the "I Know the End" singer has a follow-up to her 2020 album, "Punisher," in the works. With the worldwide leg of her tour slated to begin on 30 Jan., 2023, Bridgers's fans on social media are hopeful that the new release will arrive in spring.

In January 2021, LA singer-songwriter Jensen McRae shared a parody of what she hopes the opening track on Bridgers's next album will be. "In 2023 Phoebe Bridgers is gonna drop her third album & the opening track will be about hooking up in the car while waiting in line to get vaccinated at dodger stadium and it's gonna make me cry," McRae captioned the Twitter video, which became a hit among fans and even earned an "oh my god" from Bridgers herself.

Given that Bridgers's inner circle consists of fellow musicians Lucy Dacus, Julien Baker, and Conor Oberst, the new album could also feature some exciting collaborations. Until we find out more about her fourth studio album, watch Bridgers's "Sidelines" video here.

Kelly Clarkson plans to release her 10th studio album in 2023, and the inspiration behind her newest project is no secret. On 7 Sept., Clarkson told Variety that her new album — her first major studio release in over five years — is officially in the works.

"It's coming out next year. And this is an important album," said Clarkson, who filed for divorce from her husband of seven years, Brandon Blackstock, on June 4. "I'm working on this in therapy: I have a hard time vocalizing what I'm feeling sometimes, so music is helpful for me. It's just been really healing. I recorded the record quite some time ago."

At first, Clarkson was unsure if she'd release the album at all, wanting to keep her emotions about the divorce to herself. "You can be very angry in that state of mind," she said. "So some of the songs, they definitely cover the gamut of emotions; there's everything on the album. It's almost like the arc of a relationship, because the beginning is so beautiful and so sweet, and then it evolves. And sometimes it doesn't evolve how you want."

Inspired by her fans, Clarkson decided to take those emotions and share them with the world in the hopes that expressing her true feelings might help someone else do the same. "I'm through it now, but there is somebody else who is in it, and that's a hard place to be, especially if you feel alone," said the mother of two. "It's a hard thing to describe, it's a hard thing to go through publicly, it's hard with kids. This record, I think I wrote this for a reason — not just for me, but maybe someone else can benefit from it."

Black rose to viral YouTube fame in 2011 with her one-off hit, "Friday," when she was 13 years old. The singer has since spent her time developing her career as a YouTube creator and singer. In 2017, she released her debut EP, "RE/BL," followed by "Rebecca Black Was Here" in 2021, which included a "Friday" remix feat. 3OH!3, Big Freedia, and Dorian Electra.

The singer has also released her single "Crumbs," a sultry dance beat that couldn't be more different from her 2011 hit. "As I enter this new moment, I wanted to explore the vulnerability I've felt in finding balance with submission, dominance, and sexuality," Black said of the song's equally sexy music video in an interview with Paper. "I've had to dive into my own body to feel the deeply powerful but also dangerous feelings of relinquishing control."

Fans of Black have been awaiting her freshman album for years, but her "Crumbs" video seems like a hint that she's finally ready to return to the spotlight.

Gorillaz have entered a new era, and it's filled with even more star-studded collaborations. On June 22, the virtual band released "Cracker Island" feat. bassist Thundercat, the first single off of their album of the same name. The song, which peaked at number two on the Billboard alternative airplay chart, is the group's highest charting song since "Feel Good Inc." in 2005.

Additional tracks on the upcoming album include "Tormenta," made in collaboration with Bad Bunny; "New Gold" feat. Tame Impala and Bootie Brown; "Possession Island" feat. Beck; and a new song called "Baby Queen." The full tracklist also includes "Oil" feat. Stevie Nicks; "Silent Running" and "Skinny Ape" feat. Adeleye Omotayo; "The Tired Influencer"; "Tarantula"; and an unnamed bonus track.

In a January interview with the Los Angeles Times, Damon Albarn explained that "Baby Queen" was inspired by an interaction with a 14-year-old Thai princess at a Blur concert in 1997. "'Song 2' started and she stood on her throne and stage-dived into the crowd," he said. "The reason I've written a song about it is because I had a dream about this princess very recently; she'd grown up and we spent time in my dream together, her as a woman. So there you go: 1997 was a long time ago, but at the moment it's not."

"Cracker Island" is currently available for preorder and will make its debut on 24 Feb., 2023.

Long after the global success of their 2004 song "Mr. Brightside," The Killers have continued to deliver their own brand of indie-rock heat with albums like "Sam's Town" (2006), "Battleborn" (2012), and, most recently, "Pressure Machine" (2021). Currently on a worldwide tour, the band has sparked rumours among fans that an eighth studio album is on the way.

Speaking with NME in July, lead singer Brandon Flowers said the "full record will probably be early next year." Since the interview, The Killers have released "Boy," a track originally intended to appear on "Pressure Machine."

"It was the song that took me back home and was sort of the impetus for writing 'Pressure Machine,'" he said. "What's interesting is that it just didn't make it onto the record — but its absence is not a reflection of the quality of the song. It was an aesthetic decision to keep it off the record."

The band haven't revealed a specific title or release date for their new album.

Known for hits like "World's Smallest Violin" and "Burn the House Down," brothers Adam, Jack, and Ryan Met, aka AJR, might be returning with even more music in 2023. "Think we just wrote our next album opener," the band captioned a Twitter video of themselves listening to a new recording on 15 June.

Many fans have speculated that the new album will be called TMM, following an announcement posted to the band's social media accounts. "A new era has begun. TMM," they captioned an animated video of grey silhouettes walking through a dystopian city.

In 2021, the band released their fourth studio album, "OK Orchestra." A year later, they were nominated for duo/group of the year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, as well as alternative rock song of the year for their collaboration with Weezer on "All My Favourite Songs."

The band have shared little about the upcoming album but confirmed that it will feature 13 tracks, including "The DJ Is Crying For Help," "I Won't," and "Turning Out Pt. III."

Sheeran's last album, "Equals (=)" — one of the artist's many maths-themed releases — dropped on Oct. 9, 2021, and the "Bad Habits" singer is planning to follow up the 14-track project with his sixth studio album in 2023. On Nov. 2, Sheeran posted a since-deleted Instagram video to celebrate his song "Shivers" hitting one billion streams on Spotify, sneaking in a not-so-subtle hint about his next project.

"I'm gonna celebrate by shooting a music video for my brand new album, which will be out next year," he said, according to Billboard. Many fans of Sheeran — who became the first British artist to have four albums ("Equals," "Plus," "Multiply," and "Divide") spend a year in the Top 10, according to Official Charts — believe that he will name his next album "Subtract," which would make perfect sense alongside the rest of his arithmetic-inspired discography.

While the "Shape of You" singer, who became a father of two in May, hasn't delivered any firm details about the upcoming album's official title or release date, we're keeping our eyes peeled for any clues (numbers, symbols, etc.) about the new album.

Japanese kawaii metal group Babymetal, who have been performing since 2010, are returning with their fourth studio album, the group's first release since "Metal Galaxy" in 2019. "The Other One" will feature 10 new tracks, according to the band's website, and the songs will serve as a reintroduction to the group via a virtual world called the Metalverse.

"The concept album reveals the other side of the BABYMETAL story that until now remains untold," the website reads. "A total of 10 songs have been discovered within THE OTHER ONE restoration project, with each song representing a unique theme based on 10 separate parallel worlds that they have discovered. And now, full length audio of each of the 10 songs will finally be revealed when the concept album is available March 2023!!"

Ahead of the album release, the band have dropped two singles: "Diving Attack — Shingeki" and "Monochrome." "The Other One" will be available on 24 March, 2023.

Over the last three years, Argentine rapper Nicki Nicole has topped the charts with tracks like "Wapo Traketero," "Colocao," "Mamichula," and "Mala Vidal." In 2020, the then-20-year-old rapper was nominated for a Latin Grammy award. She also secured two Spotify Awards for radar artist — trap in Spanish and most streamed artist in consoles that same year.

In 2022, Nicole released her single "Nobody Like Yo," her first release since her second album, "Parte de Mí," in 2021. The album featured collaborations with artists such as Rauw Alejandro, Mon Laferte, Bizarrap, Mora, Trueno, Snow Tha Product, and Tiago PZK.

On 23 Nov., Nicole also shared the video for her single "Frío." The rapper has not unveiled any specific details about her upcoming album, but we have our fingers crossed that the new track will make the cut.
