The former president shared his annual summer playlist [1] on 17 Aug., and it's a great balance of today's top hits and nostalgic tracks from the past. Obama timed the release of this highly-anticipated list in tandem with the 2020 Democratic National Convention [2], which also started on Monday night.
"Over the past few months, I've spent a lot of time listening to music with my family. I wanted to share some of my favourites from the summer—including songs from some of the artists at this week's @DemConvention," Obama wrote on Twitter [3], alongside his musical picks. "Hope you enjoy it."
