1. The Cul-de-Sac War by Melissa Ferguson

The Cul-de-Sac War by Melissa Ferguson puts a fun new spin on the hate-to-love trope as a battle between neighbours turns into something more. The story follows Bree, a woman who doesn't like to stay in one place for long. However, when her parents tell her that she can have her grandmother's house if she stays put for a year, Bree decides to put down roots.
