Bialik launched her career as the title character, a thoughtful girl growing up in a complicated family.

Mayim Bialik Now

As an adult, Bialik is best known for her Emmy-nominated role as Amy Farrah Fowler on The Big Bang Theory. She's much more than just her acting career, though: Bialik earned a PhD in neuroscience in 2007!

Joey Lawrence as Joey Russo

Lawrence played Blossom's dim-bulb jock older brother; younger versions of the character were played in flashbacks by Lawrence's own younger brothers.

Joey Lawrence Now

Lawrence has worked steadily since Blossom, including a show with his real-life brothers, who are both actors as well. He's had a moderately successful music career, and more recently turned back to comedy work with the 2010s sitcom Melissa and Joey.

Michael Stoyanov as Tony Russo

Stoyanov played the oldest Russo sibling, Tony, a recovering addict turned paramedic.

Stoyanov's career has been a little quieter than some of his Blossom castmates. He's had supporting roles on shows like Justified, Gotham, and Billions, and has also had a career as a writer.

Ted Wass as Nick Russo

Wass's role as Russo patriarch Nick was his last acting role. Since then, he's stayed out of the spotlight and shifted to a directing career, with episodes of Spin City, 2 Broke Girls, and The Big Bang Theory on his resume.

Jenna von Oy as Six Dorothy Lemeure

Six (left) was Blossom's loyal best friend, who goes through a lot of tough situations over the course of the series.

Von Oy is a mom of two and a published author, but she's stepped away from acting.

Lascher portrayed Vinnie, Blossom's on-and-off boyfriend.

Aside from Blossom, Lascher's best known role is as Sabrina's college boyfriend Josh on Sabrina the Teenage Witch. He's largely stepped away from showbiz, but continues to write and produce on occasion.

Dawson's Rhonda (right) was an on-and-off love interest for Tony. Dawson hasn't acted in anything since 2007 and lives out of the spotlight now.

Hughes has continued to work steadily, but mostly in smaller roles on projects including Charmed, Make It or Break It, and Like Crazy. In 2010, she reunited with Blossom stepson Joey Lawrence on an episode of his sitcom Melissa and Joey.
