BRITs 2022: All the Moments You May Have Missed, in Pictures
The 2022 BRIT Awards took place on 8 Feb., and it was a pretty eventful night. Featuring impressive performances from the likes of Ed Sheeran (and Bring Me the Horizon), Little Simz, Adele, and Sam Fender, the evening was hosted by comedian Mo Gilligan — who, we must admit, did a pretty incredible job. From bringing his Aunty Patrice along to hang out in the audience to his Liam Gallagher impressions, Gilligan made sure that attendees and viewers at home were thoroughly entertained.
Along with the hilarious presenting that the Gilligan and Maya Jama duo brought, the night saw some surprising appearances from celebrities all over the world, including Courteney Cox (no, we still don't know why she was there), "Ted Lasso" star Hannah Waddingham, German DJ David Guetta, and Rolling Stones legend Ronnie Wood.
In terms of the standout moments, there are plenty to choose from: whether it was Little Simz bringing her mum onstage with her to collect an award, Olivia Rodrigo making friends with rising star Griff, or Anne-Marie and Sheeran reuniting on the red carpet, there were plenty of situations that we'll remember for a pretty long time.
