Celebrate Derry Girls Series 3 With Smash Hits Magazine

Channel 4 Revived Smash Hits Magazine to Celebrate the Return of "Derry Girls"

To celebrate the release of the third and final series of "Derry Girls", Channel 4 has worked on a pretty iconic campaign that oozes '90s nostalgia. Smash Hits magazine has undergone both a revival and a "Derry Girls"-themed makeover, and we truly can't believe how much we missed it. Produced by Channel 4's marketing team, the reimagined magazine follows a "last day of school" theme, in line with series three being the last one to air.

The special one-off edition of the magazine was produced in collaboration with Bauer Media and consists of 28 pages of pure Derry goodness. In true '90s-mag fashion, the new edition features a pull-out double-page poster of the cast, alongside hilarious features like the biscuit-tin interview. Over 150,000 physical copies of the magazine are set to be handed out across the UK, and will also be bagged up with this week's issues of Heat and Closer.

Alongside the physical magazine, fans of "Derry Girls" will be able to create their own Smash Hits cover on TikTok and their own '90s mixtape (plus a customisable cassette-tape cover) on Spotify.
