While fans of Breaking Bad thought Jesse Pinkman's story was over when he drove away in that shocking 2013 finale, Vince Gilligan and the creators of the show had very different plans. Ahead of the Oct. 11 release of the Netflix film, El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie, Gilligan, Aaron Paul, and the cast and crew take excited viewers behind the scenes for a look at the upcoming story. "It feels a bit like déjà vu, yet it also feels like something fresh and new," Gilligan says in the clip. "The Jesse Pinkman story, I've been looking forward to doing this for years."
In the 2-minute video, we bump into Jesse, Skinny Pete, Badger, and more familiar faces from the past as we watch Jesse's unrelenting mission to be rid of his past. "The story of this film is really about the struggle to survive. It follows a man on the run who will truly stop at nothing to finally become free," Paul says in the video, adding that fans will really get "closure" on his character. Matt Jones, aka Badger, described filming the movie best: "It was like going back to your high school reunion if your high school sold meth." Check out the clip above.
