This Bachelor Supercut Proves Every Single Season Is Preeeetty Much the Same

Ellen DeGeneres just shared a spot-on Bachelor theory — and it has nothing to do with who will take home Peter Weber's final rose. On Monday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the talkshow host argued that every single season of The Bachelor is pretty much the same, and even tracked down the receipts to prove her point. She shared a hilarious supercut showing footage of current and former contestants on the ABC dating series repeatedly doing the following:

• commenting on how "hard" the entire experience is, despite the fact that they knew what they were signing up for
• questioning everyone else's motives and whether they're there "for the right reasons"
• excitedly running up to the Bachelor before pulling the signature leg-wrapping-hug move

Alas, no matter how much déjà vu each season gives us, we all get sucked into the vortex year after year in the name of good ol' trash TV.
