The 10-episode HBO Max series titled And Just Like That... was first announced back in January, and production is officially underway. On 11 June, Sarah Jessica Parker [2] gave fans a peek at the group's exciting first table read [3] on Instagram and a few people have already been confirmed as part of the cast [4]. Sadly, Kim Cattrall [5], who famously played Samantha, will not be returning [6], but there will be other familiar faces. And Just Like That... Teaser Trailer

The first teaser [8] of the upcoming revival dropped back in January, and features footage from the bustling streets of New York City. Carrie's voice is heard in a voiceover as the words "And just like that . . . The story continues . . ." are written across the screen.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, And Just Like That... will follow Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as "they navigate the journey [9] from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s."

And Just Like That... Cast

Sarah Jessica Parker [10], Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis will all be reprising their respective roles [11] as Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbes, and Charlotte York-Goldenblatt. Chris Noth, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, Willie Garson, and Mario Cantone will also be returning, with Sara Ramírez jumping on board as Che Diaz, a nonbinary, queer comedian who hosts a podcast that Carrie often appears on.

An official premiere date has yet to be announced, but production is already underway [12]! On 11 June, Parker shared a behind-the-scenes look at the group's first table read on Instagram. "Together again. 💜," she wrote. "Read through our first episodes. @justlikethatmax Alongside all the fellas and our newest cast members. Like an ice cream sundae."
