The dreamy clip takes place in an aquarium where she and her brother Sevian dance and galavant against the bright blue background of a gorgeous fish tank. "I don't need anyone / I just need everyone and then some," Halsey — who recently began dating Evan Peters [3] — croons. The siblings beautifully transition through a gradient of emotions as they appear excited, curious, sad, and relieved as the conceptual performance takes viewers on an ethereal journey. The song will be featured on Halsey's album Manic [4], which will be released on Jan. 17. While we wait for the full LP to drop, watch the aquatic music video above.
